Woven badges are the perfect solution for when you need the extra fine detail that embroidered badges can't provide. MRBADGES.COM is proud to be one of the only Australian suppliers of woven badges, which allow a higher resolution to the design.

 

Woven badges show small lettering and extra fine detail that will not show well on embroidered badges. We do not supply woven clothing labels, our products are essentially the woven equivalent to an embroidered badge – same standard badge shapes and same finishing options.

 

Woven badges can be a more cost-effective option particularly when ordering in volume. MRBADGES.COM has a minimum order quantity of only 100 units for woven badges. When choosing between embroidered or woven products keep in mind that while you will get the extra fine detail with woven badges you will be missing out on the textured 3D effect that embroidery offers.

 

Once an order is placed we will work with you to get the product 100% right meaning no surprises upon delivery. We’ll give you complete control over the review and approval process by providing high-resolution scans of samples prior to starting production. Information on all completed orders will be stored in your personal online product catalogue to make repeat ordering easy.

 

There are a few options to consider when placing your woven badge order, such as border type and backing. This does impact the price slightly however the decision should ultimately come down to how the badge will be used and in some instances is dictated by the shape of the badge.
